DEVELON (Doosan) DMS-5 2025.08 is diagnostic software specifically for Doosan excavators and wheel loaders.
The Doosan Monitoring Program (aka DMS) e-EPOS controller is mounted on the excavator or VCU controller mounted on the wheel loader, and the engine controller provides the following function using the communication between the (ECU) and an IBM.
In addition, with DEVELON DMS 5 diagnostic software, you can track the following activities:
1.You can monitor the current status of equipment installed with the Controller (EPOS or VCU).
2.The major excavator and wheel loader sensor data will be displayed in a graph format. The data can be saved on a hard disk.You can check the excavator or wheel loader's performance through data comparison and analysis.
4.You can check the real-time and past malfunction history maintained by Controller (EPOS or VCU).
5.You can analyze the work patterns when using an excavator and wheel loader, by checking the operation hours, filter/oil information, and daily operation information.

Doosan Data Monitoring Interface Connection:
A separate communication cable is required to establish communication between Controller (EPOS or VCU) and the external PC.The communication cable should be connected to the excavator and wheel loaders maintenance connector and user PCs serial port.
